Thumbs down for T-Mobile base station
on the Green

At short notice, lunchtime Tuesday 2 August, a large group of Rose Hill residents sat with their thumbs down on the grass site of the planned mobile-phone mast. An impromptu press conference was held, with the Oxford Mail (page 9 of today's Oxford Mail – Friday 5 August, carries an article) there to report the event. A petition against the planned mast was also circulated.
