Phone mast news October 2006

Many of you may remember the fight that Rose Hill residents won over the planning application by T-Mobile to erect a mobile phone mast on 'the green' at Rose Hill. Despite their application being turned down by the council and their appeal by the Planning Inspectorate they reapplied in October 2006. This time it was to be sited on another part 'the green' and would look like a telegraph pole. Again the residents of Rose Hill ran a successful campaign and the council turned their application down.
